Salesforce Solution Architect Responsibilities:
• Strategic Insight: Deep dive into business needs, meticulously crafting Salesforce solutions that align and resonate.
• Technical Proficiency: Possess a masterful command over Experience and Service Cloud, bringing forth recommendations and improvements to the solutions tableau.
• Resource & Backlog Management: Collaborate seamlessly with stakeholders, prioritizing the Salesforce product backlog with a discerning eye and strategic mindset.
• Release Management: Stand guard over environment deployments, ensuring the unwavering quality and integrity of the platform.
• Team Integration: Begin as a listener, gradually morphing into a pivotal voice and guide for the team over the initial 1-3 months.

‍Qualifications:
• Minimum of 5 years as a hands-on Salesforce Solutions Architect.
• Prior engagement with a Salesforce Implementation (SI) partner.
• Strong experience with all 3: Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud.
